Steamboat Now Available at China City Leicester Square 16/05/2007
The Steamboat (or Chinese Hot Pot) is a popular Chinese style fondue where fresh ingredients are cooked together in a simmering pot of stock. There is a huge variety of ingredients to choose from, including fresh vegetables, noodles, seafood, and various thinly sliced meats. There is a selection of different flavoured stocks to cook the ingredients in as well as a range of dipping sauces with which to enjoy the cooked ingredients. The experience is both enjoyable and different to the traditional Chinese meal and is particularly suitable for parties and group events.
