I have forgotten my password, what do I do?Follow this link and enter your e-mail in the Password Retrieval box and click submit. Your password will be reset and sent to your e-mail address.

Do you provide corporate/special party packages?Yes, we cater for all special functions at all of our restaurant branches. Please send your details to us using the Contact Form or e-mail at reservations@chinacitygroup.com. Remember to include the number of people, the branch you'd like to have your event at, the purpose of the event and any other special requests. Our staff will be more than happy to work with you to produce the perfect tailor-made package.

Can I make a reservation online?Yes, we provide online reservations for China City - Leicester Square, China City - Russell Square and China City - Colindale. To make a reservation online please visit the Reservation section of the branch you would like to visit:

How do I cancel a reservation?To cancel a reservation please call the branch where your reservation has been made or e-mail reservations@chinacitygroup.com with your reservation details. Please be sure to include your reservation reference number.


Cancellation Policy We would kindly ask you to notify us by telephone or e-mail if you wish to cancel a reservation for any reason. For bookings of 8 or more people and private rooms, at least 6 hours notice is required for cancellations. Your deposit will be forfeited if you fail to give the correct notice or decide not to show up.

If you know you will be late then please try to let us know. If you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your booking time and fail to contact us, China City Group reserves the right to give your table or room to someone else.
