China City has five branches in London and the website contains all the information about the group; its history, individual branch and restaurant details, 360° virtual pictures, menus, a promotions page highlighting current special offers and a news and events page.

The China City Group online booking service provides customers the opportunity to reserve a table or a private function room directly online. The facility is simple and easy to use and registration is free too.

There is a Customer Support section featuring a FAQ (frequently asked questions) and also a section where customers can provide feedback as well as a dedicated support e-mail for any queries relating to a booking.
