 Reservation Information China City Russell Square offers bookings for dining or exclusive hire for functions and banquets. China City Group will confirm all bookings by telephone at least 6 hours before the reservation time. If you wish to contact us please remember to include your name and booking details (or quote your booking reference number if you made an online booking). You can contact us via e-mail or using the contact form or call the branch directly to discuss any aspect of your reservation or for further enquiries.

If you know you will be late then please try to let us know. If you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your booking time and fail to contact us, China City Group reserves the right to give your table or room to someone else.
Restaurant Booking Policy All reservations can be made on the day or in advance. All reservations will require a contact name and telephone number. Reservations of 1-7 people require no deposit. Reservations of 8 or more people will require a deposit of £5 per person.
Exclusive Hire China City Russell Square has a reception capacity of 150 people and a flexible layout that is able to meet the requirements of various types of events. Cancellation Policy We would kindly ask you to notify us by telephone or e-mail if you wish to cancel a reservation for any reason. For bookings of 8 or more people, at least 6 hours notice is required for cancellations. Your deposit will be forfeited if you fail to give the correct notice or decide not to show up.

A unique reference number is given for all online bookings and this should be quoted in all correspondence with us. Online booking is free to everyone. China City Group treats all information in complete confidence. Please read our Terms and Conditions before using this service.
