 Reservation Information China City Colindale offers bookings for the Restaurant area, the Private Function Room or Exclusive Hire for special events and banquets.

Please note: due to high demand, China City Colindale does not offer reservations until 18:00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays. China City Group will confirm all bookings by telephone at least 6 hours before the reservation time. If you wish to contact us please remember to include your name and booking details (or quote your booking reference number if you made an online booking). You can contact us via e-mail or using the contact form or call the branch directly to discuss any aspect of your reservation or for further enquiries.

If you know you will be late then please try to let us know. If you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your booking time and fail to contact us, China City Group reserves the right to give your table or room to someone else.
Restaurant Booking Policy All reservations can be made on the day or in advance. All reservations will require a contact name and telephone number. Reservations of 1-7 people require no deposit. Reservations of 8 or more people will require a deposit of £5 per person.
Exclusive Hire and Private Function Room China City Colindale has a reception capacity of 380 people, is equipped with a Karaoke system and large projector screen and has a flexible layout that is able to meet the requirements of any type of event. For more information on booking the restaurant for exclusive hire please contact us to discuss your needs. We will work together with you to ensure you have the perfect event.

China City Colindale also has a Private Function Room available that can seat up to 30 people and is equipped with a Karaoke system.

Cancellation Policy We would kindly ask you to notify us by telephone or e-mail if you wish to cancel a reservation for any reason. For bookings of 8 or more people and private rooms, at least 6 hours notice is required for cancellations. Your deposit will be forfeited if you fail to give the correct notice or decide not to show up.

A unique reference number is given for all online bookings and this should be quoted in all correspondence with us. Online booking is free to everyone. China City Group treats all information in complete confidence. Please read our Terms and Conditions before using this service.
